Experience Required: Minimum (1) year (educational or professional) with Autodesk Revit®

Experience Preferred: Minimum (3) years professional experience with Autodesk Revit® and AutoCAD® with Modular construction/design experience

Job Description:

• Create full, working, plan sets for Commercial Modular construction, customer, and state approval in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
• Interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and state agencies.
• Strong communication via verbal and written means.
• Punctuality and ability to time-manage required.
• Ability to multitask and self-motivate
• Physically and mentally able to work 40 hours per week.
• Open-minded learning capability.
• Eager to learn
• Drawing test in Revit® may be administered based upon previous experience.
• Team-oriented and good-natured work environment.
